EV Roadside Assistance: What Is Covered and What Isn't
Electric vehicles need different roadside support. Here is what our network can and cannot do at the roadside.

What we can do
Flat tyres, 12V auxiliary battery jump starts, lockouts, minor electrical faults and flatbed towing to the nearest charging point or workshop are all supported for electric vehicles.
What we cannot do
Electric vehicle main-battery discharge: if the main battery of an electric car is fully down, on-road charging cannot be provided. In that case we tow the vehicle to the nearest charging station or authorised workshop.
Plan your charge
Treat 20% state of charge as your reserve on highways, and always identify two charging options along the route rather than one.
