Charges & conditions

  • Included as an R.S.A service in every active membership plan
  • Replacement battery, if required, is at actual cost
  • Standard RSA covers emergency roadside situations such as breakdowns, battery issues, flat tyres, towing, fuel assistance, and similar emergency support. AC repair, dents, scratches, bodywork, horn repair, and other workshop-level repairs are not covered under RSA.
  • Our roadside assistance services are available 24x7, 365 days a year. However, services may not be available where government restrictions prevent RSA vehicle movement, including situations such as Republic Day (26 January), Independence Day (15 August), lockdowns, pandemics (such as COVID-19), strikes, curfews, natural disasters, or any other government-imposed restrictions.

*Response and dispatch times may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, service availability and road conditions.

Important: On expressways and highway stretches where government rules do not permit entry to assistance vehicles (no authorised cut, U-turn or access point), our service cannot reach you. In such locations please call the official government highway helpline (1033) for support.

Hill & snowbound areas: service is available in Jammu & Kashmir, Manali (Himachal Pradesh) and Uttarakhand only up to motorable road points; Ladakh and upper/high-altitude hill stretches are not covered. During snowfall — in any city or hill location — assistance cannot be provided until road conditions clear. No claim, refund or compensation arises for service not rendered in such conditions.

Signs your car battery is down

Most battery calls we attend share the same symptoms. If any of these sound familiar, a jump start is usually the quickest fix.

  • The starter cranks slowly, or the car does not take self at all
  • Headlights and dashboard lights are dim or flicker when you turn the key
  • A single click, or rapid clicking, when you press start
  • Central locking, power windows or the infotainment screen behave oddly
  • The car has been parked unused for several days or weeks

Jump start or battery replacement?

A jump start gets the engine running again. If the battery no longer holds charge — for example, it dies again soon after — a replacement is the real fix, and we help you arrange one at actual cost rather than leaving you guessing.

We jump start the vehicle first. If a replacement is needed, we help arrange one at actual cost.

My car battery is down at night — is help available?

Yes. Battery jump start is a 24×7 service. One toll-free call brings a technician to your location, subject to local access and government restrictions.
