  • Flat tyre replaced with the vehicle's own spare (stepney)
  • Puncture repair arranged when the stepney is unusable
  • Wheel nut, jack and safety equipment carried by our technicians
  • Tyre support at home, at your business and on highways

Charges & conditions

  • Rs. 99.00 extra when two or more tyres are deflated or the stepney is unusable
  • Puncture repair or new tyre at actual cost
  • Standard RSA covers emergency roadside situations such as breakdowns, battery issues, flat tyres, towing, fuel assistance, and similar emergency support. AC repair, dents, scratches, bodywork, horn repair, and other workshop-level repairs are not covered under RSA.
  • Our roadside assistance services are available 24x7, 365 days a year. However, services may not be available where government restrictions prevent RSA vehicle movement, including situations such as Republic Day (26 January), Independence Day (15 August), lockdowns, pandemics (such as COVID-19), strikes, curfews, natural disasters, or any other government-imposed restrictions.

*Response and dispatch times may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, service availability and road conditions.

Important: On expressways and highway stretches where government rules do not permit entry to assistance vehicles (no authorised cut, U-turn or access point), our service cannot reach you. In such locations please call the official government highway helpline (1033) for support.

Hill & snowbound areas: service is available in Jammu & Kashmir, Manali (Himachal Pradesh) and Uttarakhand only up to motorable road points; Ladakh and upper/high-altitude hill stretches are not covered. During snowfall — in any city or hill location — assistance cannot be provided until road conditions clear. No claim, refund or compensation arises for service not rendered in such conditions.

When to call for roadside tyre assistance

You do not need to attempt a wheel change on a live carriageway. Call us if any of this applies, move away from traffic, and switch on your hazard lights.

  • The tyre has lost air, gone flat, or the pressure warning has come on
  • The tyre is punctured, damaged or has burst on the highway
  • You have a spare but no jack, wheel spanner or safe place to change it
  • Two or more tyres are deflated, or the stepney itself is unusable

Stepney change or puncture repair?

Our first step is always the fastest safe one: fit your vehicle's own spare (stepney) so you can continue your journey. If the stepney is missing or unusable, we arrange a puncture repair or a new tyre at actual cost, or tow the vehicle to the nearest tyre shop.

Flat tyre on the highway

Highway punctures are the calls we handle most. Park fully on the shoulder, place your warning triangle behind the vehicle, keep passengers away from the traffic side, and call our toll-free number — highway coverage is available wherever RSA vehicle access is permitted.
