- Our roadside assistance services are available 24x7, 365 days a year. *Response and dispatch times may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, service availability and road conditions.
Important: On expressways and highway stretches where government rules do not permit entry to assistance vehicles (no authorised cut, U-turn or access point), our service cannot reach you. In such locations please call the official government highway helpline (1033) for support.
Hill & snowbound areas: service is available in Jammu & Kashmir, Manali (Himachal Pradesh) and Uttarakhand only up to motorable road points; Ladakh and upper/high-altitude hill stretches are not covered. During snowfall — in any city or hill location — assistance cannot be provided until road conditions clear. No claim, refund or compensation arises for service not rendered in such conditions.
Common reasons a car won't start
A starting problem is not always a big repair. These are the situations our roadside teams see most often, and the first two are usually solved at your location.
- Battery down or too weak to crank the starter — the most common cause by far
- Loose, dirty or corroded battery terminals, so the car is not getting current
- Vehicle parked unused for a long period and the battery has self-discharged
- Lights, AC or accessories left on overnight
- Starter, ignition or fuel-system faults that need a workshop, not a roadside fix
What our technician does when your car is not taking self
We work in a fixed order so you are not left waiting on guesswork: check the battery and terminals, attempt a professional jump start, confirm the engine holds a charge, and advise whether a replacement battery is needed.
- If the vehicle can be repaired or started at the breakdown location, our technician will attempt to repair or start it on-site. If it cannot be started, we will tow the vehicle to the nearest suitable service center.
- Battery and terminal check at your location
- Emergency jump start with professional equipment
- Honest advice on whether the battery needs replacing, arranged at actual cost
Gaadi start nahi ho rahi? Yahan se madad milegi
Agar gaadi self nahi le rahi hai ya battery down hai, toll-free number par call kijiye. Hamari team aapki location par aakar battery check karti hai aur jump start ki koshish karti hai. Agar gaadi phir bhi start nahi hoti, use nazdeeki workshop tak tow kiya jaata hai.
What we cannot fix at the roadside
We are honest about the limits: engine rebuilds, starter-motor or ECU replacement, fuel-pump work and similar workshop-level repairs cannot be done at the roadside. In those cases the vehicle is towed to a suitable service centre.

Frequently asked questions
My car is not starting — what should I do first?
Check that the gear is in P or neutral and the immobiliser key is recognised, then call our toll-free number. If the dashboard lights are dim or you hear only a click, the battery is most likely down and a jump start will usually get you going.
The car is not taking self and there is no current at all. Can you help?
Yes. No dashboard lights or no response at all usually points to a flat battery or a loose or corroded terminal. Our technician checks both at your location and attempts a jump start.
Gaadi start nahi le rahi, kya aap ghar par aa sakte hain?
Ji haan. Ghar, office ya highway — kahin bhi hon, 24×7 support available hai. Battery check aur jump start location par hi kiya jaata hai.
What if the car still won't start after a jump start?
Then the fault is beyond a roadside fix — a failing battery, starter or ignition issue. We tow the vehicle to the nearest suitable service centre so it can be diagnosed properly.
Is a starting problem covered in my membership?
Yes. Battery jump start is an R.S.A service included in every active membership plan. Replacement parts, and towing beyond your plan's included distance, are charged at actual cost.
My electric car will not start — is that covered?
The 12V auxiliary battery of an EV can be jump started. Electric vehicle main-battery discharge: if the main battery of an electric car is fully down, on-road charging cannot be provided.
What if my vehicle has been in an accident?
If the vehicle has been involved in an accident and is not in a drivable condition, roadside assistance service will not be provided. The customer must contact their motor insurance company or insurer's claim assistance provider to initiate the insurance claim process and arrange recovery as per the insurance policy terms.
