Our network of 1200+ partners is mapped by city and highway corridor. The control room assigns the closest capable partner — a mechanic for a minor fault, a tow operator for a major one.
On-site resolution or towing
Minor repairs are attempted first. If the vehicle cannot be made roadworthy, it is towed to the nearest workshop. Charges beyond your plan cover, such as Rs. 55.00 per kilometre for towing, are shared with you upfront.
